This page explains how to delete your account and personal data from crooom (app name: crooom, developer: Lukas Egli, CreativeBarn). You can do it yourself in the app, or ask us to do it — you do not need the app installed to request deletion.
If you no longer have the app installed or no longer have access to your device, send a request to info@crooom.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line Account deletion.
We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
If you only want to remove certain content — a single photo, a document or one trip project — you can delete these individually inside the app, or email info@crooom.com and tell us what should be removed. Your account stays active.

Please note: deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Trip projects you created also disappear for everyone else in that group, including shared photos and plans. If you want to keep any of it, export or download it before you delete your account.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active crooom Pro subscription. Cancel it separately in the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store under Subscriptions, otherwise billing continues.
Besides deletion, the GDPR gives you the right to access, rectify, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. Section 9 of our Privacy Policy explains these in full, and how to exercise them.
